Product must be purchased August 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025 to qualify for the rebate. The Replace By Date on existing eligible products must have lapsed or be within six (6) months of lapsing at time of purchase. Proof must be submitted within 30 days from the receipt of the product to qualify for rebate. Rebate checks will be sent within 60 days after the receipt of proof of purchase. Must take delivery of the product as it becomes available, no deferred shipping dates. The rebate is not valid for POs with future scheduled deliveries. The rebate is not valid if the product was purchased using a price match.
